2.3主要参数

2.3ABS 电磁阀的工作原理

增压时，常闭阀及常开阀均不通电，气源直接从 1 口进入阀体，推开增压膜片，从2口进入制动气室。

保压时，常闭阀通电吸合，使气源到达增压膜片上腔，压紧增压膜片，同时另一路气源从常开阀到达排气膜片下腔，压紧排气膜片，达到保压的目的。

减压时，常闭阀通电吸合，使气源到达增压膜片上腔，压紧增压膜片，同时常开阀也通电吸合， 将排气膜片下腔的气通过 3 口排掉，这样制动气室的气就能通过 2口推开排气膜片，将制动室的气从 3口排出。

2.5 ABS电磁阀的安装

车架上靠近制动室的位置，排气口朝下。倾斜不超过30度，电磁阀到制动室的管子不超过 1.5m，管径大于 9mm，1口接进气，2口接制动室。
