1、 ABS sensor

1.1 function of ABS sensor

The ABS sensor outputs a set of quasi sinusoidal alternating current signals through the action of the ring gear which rotates synchronously with the wheel. Its frequency and amplitude are related to the wheel speed. The output signals are transmitted to the ABS electronic control unit (ECU) to realize the real-time monitoring of the wheel speed.

1.4 ABS传感器的安装

后桥安装时，要将传感器装入夹持体；前桥装入夹持体或转向臂上的孔。安装时先将衬套装入夹持体，然后传感器涂上润滑脂，装入衬套，要将传感器用力推到接触齿圈。齿圈与传感器之间的间隙不大于 0.7mm。
